Winter (Dec–Apr)
Averaging around 300 inches of snowfall each year, Schweitzer offers massive terrain with incredible tree skiing, open bowls, and sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille. A typical day at Ibex Lodge North looks like this: wake up, catch the free shuttle at your door, ski hard all day, and shuttle back just in time for a soak in the private hot tub.

Summer (Jun–Sep)
When the snow melts, Schweitzer transforms. The mountain offers extensive lift-served mountain biking and hiking trails, plus huckleberry picking late in the season. Lake Pend Oreille is only a 30-minute drive down the mountain for day trips. Our lodges provide secure bike storage for your gear after a long day on the trails.
Fall & Spring
The shoulder seasons are North Idaho's best-kept secret. Enjoy the golden larch colors in the fall, empty trails, and our best rates of the year. It's the perfect time to book direct for a quiet mountain getaway.
Down in Sandpoint
